Crumb Rubber
Crumb rubber is manufactured from clean scrap tires that are ground into smaller uniform granular rubber of various sizes, and by removing the tire wire and most of the fiber using magnets and air separators, respectively.
The output from a wolton plant consists of approx 75% of Crumb Rubber

Steel Wire
The journey of steel in tyre recycling exemplifies the transformative potential of circular economy principles. By reclaiming and repurposing steel from discarded tyres, recycling not only mitigates waste but also contributes to environmental conservation and economic prosperity. As we continue to prioritize sustainability and resource efficiency, tyre recycling stands as a shining example of how innovative solutions can unlock value from what was once considered waste, driving us towards a more sustainable future.

Textile Fiber
In tires, this fiber is mainly composed of Polyester that is used to enhance the tyre performance and quality.
Fiber from recycled tires find many applications such as construction mixes like concrete and stucco. It is also used as a clean up material as the fiber is highly absorbent and it is often used in carpets as an underlay.
The use of the textile residue from ELT (End of Life Tyres) in sound absorber products allows good acoustic properties at low and high frequencies to be achieved.
